Dr. Juan Carlos Avellaneda is a highly accomplished otolaryngologist and a subspecialist in laryngology. Education and Training
Dr. Juan Carlos is a medical graduate from the University of the Andes, Colombia.
He has further completed his specialization in otolaryngology from the University of Rosario, where he practiced the medical management of the head and neck, particularly the voice tract.
He completed a two-year laryngology fellowship in Auckland, New Zealand, under the mentorship of world-renowned otolaryngologists Dr. David Vokes and Dr. Jacqueline.
Holds over 10 years of professional experience serving at several prestigious hospitals, including the New York Presbyterian Hospital, Tulane Medical Center, New Orleans, the Royal Victoria Hospital in Montreal, Canada and Guy’s Hospital in London
